This Refund Policy explains how refunds, revisions, and purchase concerns are handled for services and digital products offered through AxisClear.
AxisClear is operated by Heirs of Joy and Grace LLC (“HJG LLC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing services through the AxisClear platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Purchase Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase through the AxisClear platform, you acknowledge that:
• AxisClear services begin when the assessment or intake questionnaire is accessed.
• Accessing the assessment provides entry to proprietary intellectual property and methodology.
• Purchases become non-refundable once the assessment has been accessed.
Nature of AxisClear Services
AxisClear provides structured assessments, proprietary frameworks, and customized blueprint reports designed to help individuals and families organize information and evaluate potential next steps.
These services involve:
• proprietary intellectual property
• structured planning methodologies
• customized digital analysis based on user-provided information
Because of this structure, refund eligibility is limited.
Service Initiation
Accessing or beginning the AxisClear assessment or intake questionnaire constitutes the initiation of services and access to proprietary methodology.
Once the assessment has been accessed or submitted, services are considered initiated.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the proprietary nature of the AxisClear assessment and methodology:
Purchases become non-refundable once the assessment has been accessed or submitted. This applies whether or not the assessment is fully completed.
Pre-Assessment Refund Window
If a customer purchases a service but has not accessed the assessment, a refund request may be considered within 24 hours of purchase. Refund requests submitted after the assessment has been accessed are not eligible.
Customized Digital Services
AxisClear reports and blueprints are generated using proprietary frameworks and customized analysis based on information submitted by the user.
Because these services involve customized digital work and proprietary intellectual property, refunds are not available once:
• the assessment has been accessed
• the blueprint preparation process has begun
• the completed blueprint has been delivered
Delivery Timeline
Blueprint delivery timelines begin after all required assessments and intake information have been submitted.Failure to submit required information may delay delivery. AxisClear is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or missing information provided by users.
Revision Requests
AxisClear strives to ensure that reports accurately reflect the information provided by users.
If a customer believes a completed blueprint does not reflect the information submitted in the assessment, a revision request may be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Reasonable revisions may be provided at our discretion. Revision requests must relate to accuracy of submitted information, not to changes in preferences, new circumstances, or dissatisfaction with outcomes.
Dispute Window
Any concerns regarding completed services must be submitted within 14 days of blueprint delivery. After this period, the service will be considered accepted.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact AxisClear directly to resolve concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution.
Unauthorized chargebacks for services already initiated or delivered may result in:
• suspension of platform access
• termination of accounts
• recovery of administrative costs associated with resolving the dispute
